The owners purchased this 2004 Sabre 92 about a year and a half ago as part of a real estate development project at Bahia Mar. It’s located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and offered for sale by Allied Marine for $1.75 million.

Pegasus IX was intended to serve as a floating support platform for the project — essentially a showcase yacht during the construction phase. Over $400,000 was invested in refit work, including mechanical overhauls, cosmetic upgrades and general improvements. Since the development plans changed, the catamaran was never actually used by the owners. It is now offered for sale in excellent condition, fully upgraded and ready for immediate use.

The centerpiece of Pegasus IX is its full-beam master stateroom, exceeding 600 square feet. This suite features a private aft deck, making it one of the most grand and comfortable master accommodations available on a yacht in its class. A central king berth provides views of both the private aft deck and a 180-degree panorama. The en suite includes dual sinks, elegant marble finishes,and an oversized shower.

Just aft of the master stateroom, the private owner’s deck offers access to the flybridge as well as custom L-shape seating and a cocktail/dining table.

On the main deck are two VIP staterooms, each with ensuite heads. Crew accommodations, also located on the main deck, feature a private ensuite head as well. On the main deck is seating and dining for up to 12 guests, protected by an all-weather enclosure and perfect for alfresco dining regardless of conditions. The cockpit includes a livewell and a Pompanette fighting chair, ideal for serious fishing enthusiasts.

Belowdecks, the vessel is powered by 2,000 hp MTU 16V2000 M91 engines with approximately 6,000 hours as of fall 2025.
