This two-stateroom 2025 Eclipse 505 Shadow is on the market for $2.45 million with HMY Yachts.
The Eclipse 505 Shadow is notable for its Michael Peters dual-stepped, ventilated tunnel hull design, a performance-focused form matched to triple 600 hp Mercury V-12 Verado outboards. This yacht will satisfy the need for speed.
There are two staterooms and two heads, including this queen-berth owners’ space forward with dedicated Dometic AC.

It also has a sleek, streamlined profile with a teal-tone Alexseal painted hull, high freeboard forward and considerable bow flare to ensure a dry ride on rough days. Adding to the comfort equation underway is an optional Seakeeper SK6 gyrostabilizer to drastically reduce roll.
Construction is equally robust via one-piece resin-infused lamination with a combination of E-glass and high-density PVC foam coring contributing to a stout yacht ready to cross blue water. Carbon fiber is used as reinforcement in high-stress areas. Inside, the soles and bulkheads are cored to reduce overall weight while enhancing rigidity.
The 50-square-foot-plus Vetus Marex salon sunroof offers abundant light, creating a sense of volume.

The Eclipse 505 Shadow’s layout from stem to stern is set up for entertaining. The cockpit has a transom benchseat with a high-gloss table as well as a pair of barstools set at a countertop against the salon bulkhead. This countertop connects to the yacht’s aft galley when the salon’s bulkhead window is open, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. There is also a foldown terrace to port, increasing usable real estate. An awning and some carbon fiber poles can shade the entire cockpit.
In addition to the aft galley, which has Thermador appliances and quartz countertops, the salon features forward seating around a table to port, adjacent to the helm. Providing nearly 360 degrees of glass, everyone gets a great view en route to the next waypoint. The single-seat helm is equipped with a Garmin electronics suite, including a 4-foot open-array radar 4, AIS, depthsounder, VHF radio and surround-view camera system. Overhead, there is an 8-foot-6-inch by 6-foot-11-inch Vetus Marex sunroof.
Having the galley aft with an opening bulkhead window allows for seamless service between the interior and exterior. Appliances are from Thermador.
