The 2024 Valhalla V-37 is the result of the cooperative effort of the Viking design and engineering team, and Michael Peters Yacht Design. Bird is an excellent example of this model, currently located in Sarasota, Florida, and offered by Galati Yacht Sales for $699,000.

The V-series utilizes a stepped-V ventilated tunnel running surface that reduces drag while increasing speed, stability and efficiency. The V-37 is equally adept and equipped for coastal offshore ventures. This model not only boasts the latest in hull design, they are also equipped with cutting-edge fishing equipment and innovative deck designs for storage of rods, gear, tackle and bait.

On deck, a raised transom livewell, in deck fish boxes, rod holders, port dive door and an abundance of storage space are just a few of the standard features on the V-37. Also featured is a forward console lounge and optional port and starboard forward seating with forward facing backrests. The console of Bird features space for rod storage, a head, sink, and access to electronics, electrical distribution panel and other critical components.

Viking collaborated with Michael Peters Yacht Design to create this 36-foot-9-inch boat, which has a gently sloped sheerline. The boat can have twin, triple or quadruple outboards up to 1,200 hp. Customized installations of Seakeeper gyrostabilizer systems leave room for stowage, systems and more. A transom livewell, in-sole fish boxes and rod holders help to bolster this vessel’s fishing cred, while the stepped hull should provide an airy ride with a firm grip on the sea.”
