Although she shares her profile with her sisterships, Sedona is one of the most customized 62-foot Neptunus yachts offered for sale. It’s located in Jupiter, Florida, and offered by Gilman Yacht Sales for $675,000.
The vessel’s salon and galley offer a flexible owner-operator styled layout that has both subtle and dramatic updates. The master stateroom layout has been improved to include a large shower with a separate head to port, and the contrasting finishes on the cherry joinery in this cabin are dramatic and complimented with high-end fixtures. The flybridge area was not forgotten either, with a raised sitting area to port offering a much better use of the area.
The salon interior has natural cherry joinery with a high-gloss finish and custom stained accents.
Boarding the vessel is from either the swim platform and up the port or starboard steps or from the Marquipt Tide Ride ladder that can be boarded from either the port or starboard aft deck.
Sedona has a comfortable aft deck with built-in and loose seating, a same-level salon with loose furniture and a raised galley and dinette area which was expanded due to the elimination of the lower station.
Below are three staterooms with the forward VIP and starboard guest staterooms sharing a portside head. The master on centerline has a unique head arrangement, putting the toilet to port which allows for a much larger shower to starboard.
The engine room is accessed via a hatch in the aft deck sole. The large lazarette is easily accessed via a custom transom door from the swim platform.
The flybridge deck has easy access via comfortable stairs from the aft deck. The optional Neptunus hardtop, four-sided enclosure and the signature open air sun lounge forward of the helm create indoor/outdoor seating areas found only on the popular Neptunus 56/62 series of sport motor yachts. A custom dinette to port really increases the livability of the flybridge.
Yachting previously wrote: “With a light touch to her electronic Caterpillar controls, the 62 lifted easily, clawing her way up the incoming swell and tossing aside spray. There was no smoke or wallowing. We hit a top speed of 32 knots, even in the steep seas usually associated with the shoaling of an inlet. Blasting over the swells, we took only the occasional sea over the bridge. This was entirely acceptable for our speed and the sea state.”
According to the broker, “Sedona needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. The difference is in the details!”
Where is Sedona located? The yacht is currently lying in Jupiter, Florida.
