Latest Amels superyacht AMELS 6006 completes her first sea trials

Amels have announced that their latest Amels 60 superyacht AMELS 6006 has returned from her initial sea trials where she made a stunning debut on the open water. The project is a collaboration between Amels, Damen Yachting, exterior designer Espen Øino and interior designer Winch Design.

Damen Yachting’s Project Manager Paul Deurloo comments, “Seeing the boat on the water is always a sight to behold for everyone involved. The successful collaboration of so many talented and passionate people has brought us to this milestone, making her first sea trial extra special.”

Amels 60 superyachts have been in construction since 2019 and continue to set new standards in the superyacht industry. The award-winning vessel blends heritage, cutting-edge technology and demonstrates an evolution of the semi-custom yacht market.

The AMELS 6006 hull is painted an exclusive shade of blue and showcases the models characteristic window shape on the main deck creating a unique and eye-catching profile. Details of the interior have yet to be released but Winch Design have created beautiful designs for other hulls in the Amels 60 range, including superyacht COME TOGETHER – now available for charter.
