Built in 1962 by Abeking & Rasmussen, with meticulous attention to detail, 23.17 m (76′) sailing yacht GAEL I has a storied history which includes many years of ownership by a Count and his family. Now a refitted charter yacht, she is perfect for those looking for an authentic sailing experience in the Western Mediterranean.
Luxury yacht GAEL I
Across the exterior deck and interior salon and suites it is clear to see the traditional craftsmanship, where plenty of wood panelling creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On deck guests can enjoy leisurely al fresco dining or recline on the deck sun pads, while inside there is a flexible seating area for when guests prefer to dine indoors.
Main salon
When it’s time to retire for the night, six guests will be accommodated in a master suite with double berth, a triple suite with a double and single berth plus a twin with bunk berths.
Master suite
Four crew members are on board throughout the charter and pride themselves on their premium service. A 3.5m tender, stand up paddleboards and snorkelling gear give everyone the opportunity to explore their surroundings both above and below the water.
The Western Mediterranean is one of yachting’s most enduring regions including charter favourites like the South of France, Amalfi Coast and the islands of Corsica, Sardinia and Sicily. Sailing yacht GAEL I can also undertake charters in the Balearics including the party hotspot of Ibiza and elegant resorts in Mallorca. Our team of experienced charter brokers have first-hand experience of destinations around the world, so can talk you through ideal itineraries based on your interests.
