Blending a Euro-inspired vertical bow stem, clean lines and a versatile interior layout, Four Winns H33 looks every bit the luxury dayboat. On the water this twin outboard-powered model continued to shine, with near 60-mph speed, impressive ride and the ability to become its own floating island at any scenic cove.

The latter trait is complements of twin, fold-out terraces. Combined with a big swim platform, the combo dramatically expands the boat’s water access and ability to entertain. An adjacent sun pad with a movable backrest is ready for those who prefer to relax waterside or take in the sun. The single-level deck invites confidence when moving about, making sure no one misses a step or stubs a toe.

Forward, our tester pleased dual masters. In terms of entertaining, an L-shaped lounge to port is paired with a single rear-facing seat and L-shaped outdoor galley to starboard. Find a sink, electric grill and built-in cooler below a trio of lids on its Corian surface. Below awaits an electric fridge; an optional freezer is within reach below the helm. The hardtop overhead boasts 6 feet, 6 inches of headroom and offers a welcome break from sun or rain. An optional extending sunshade expands that coverage to the transom.

A double-wide helm seat with flip-up bolster awaits the captain. On the dash, dual 12-inch Simrad multifunction displays track engine data, chart plotting and the like. Joystick piloting comes standard with the twin Mercury V-10 Verado 400s on the transom. An optional 12-inch Simrad MFD sat opposite the companion seat. Access the interior of both consoles via sliding, rather than hinged, doors. They don’t intrude on seated passengers, while offering expanded access to the head compartment below the port console and berth below the helm. The latter is a great spot for a child to catch a nap but most will likely use it to house additional gear or serve as a changing room. In the bow, gather friends on a comfy V-shaped lounge around a removable table, stretch out solo, or remove a pair of cushions to fashion two forward-facing seats. From stem to stern, the H33’s versatility knows no bounds.
